  • Skinfold measurement/ Bioimpedance Body Fat analysis for EVALUATION OF body composition goals

  • 1-on-1 or Group training sessions: In-home, Online, and/or within a gym setting

  • Macronutrient, Micronutrient, & Supplementation programming

  • Nutrition plans based upon specificity of individual's needs & goals: assessment and adjustments based on progress & response by individual

  • Dietary Plans include a variety of foods based upon individual’s preference & food selection. also offering flexible dietary options (Ie., no food exclusion)

  • Individual will learn valuable information of benefits of exercise & nutrition on long-term health and well-being
